Field Service Technician (Electrical)
The right candidate will have extensive electrical experience and mechanical
knowledge in industrial equipment.
Responsibilities include: Final set-up of size reduction equipment at customer
sites, equipment repair, preparation and testing of custom-made systems,
traveling to customer site for repairs and preventative maintenance.
Must have good mechanical aptitude and customer support skills. Extensive travel
is likely. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 plus years experience working
with industrial machinery preferably in the size reduction/recycling or related
industry. Some overtime, nights and/or weekends may be required.
Electrical experience with motor controls, 230 and/or 460 V AC. 24 V DC, are
preferred. Experience with troubleshooting industrial control panels is a plus.
Candidate has to be a team player and must be customer service oriented.

Hours: 8:00 a. - 5:00 p.
Salary Range: $11-16 per hour

Technical Service Representative
The right candidate will have extensive electrical experience and mechanical

Responsibilities include: technical telephone support and troubleshooting for
size reduction equipment, spare parts and preventative maintenance sales to new
and existing customers.
Must have good electrical aptitude and customer support skills. Candidate should
have a minimum of 2 plus years experience troubleshooting industrial machinery
preferably in the size reduction/recycling or related industry. Some overtime,
nights and or weekends may be required.
Position requires strong verbal communication, strong written communication,
exceptional customer service, exemplary attention to detail.
