Granulators: Range CentriCut |

 |
| The Special Granulator |
|
|
The CentriCut System feeds a consistent quantity of material through a screw into the center of the cutting chamber. At the same time the material is pre-cut in this initial operation. This process eliminates the potential for blockage in the cutting chamber. The material is then spun into the perimater of the cutting chamber due to the centrifugal force of the rotating blades. During each revolution 3 rotating and 4 fixed blades cut the material up to 12 times. Due to the centrifugal design practically no heat is generated during the operation of this machine.

“Cutting From The Center”
The material is fed into the cutting chamber (2) by an endless screw (1) and pre-cut at the same time.
The material is spun through holes in the rotor (3) onto the edge of the cutting chamber (2) by centrifugal force.
When the rotor blades (4) and fixed blades (5) meet, the material is cut into granules, as defined by the screen hole size.
The finely cut end product leaves through the large screens (7), aided by a powerful integrated conveyor blower (6).
Thanks to the load dependent electronic control of the rotor (4) and the endless screw (1), the risk of blockage or material jamming is eliminated. |
